Other use food to avoid those feelings all together. Others just love to eat. Whatever the reason, if you find yourself compulsively making the trip to the fridge, a few trips to the hypnotist can change those patterns forever.
The trick is to explore what you’re getting out of those “bad” habits, then accept that they are doing something good for you, then begin suggesting new habits to the subconscious mind. And if they’re still satisfying the needs that the “bad” habits were based on, you’ll lose that extra weight before you know it.

Your body wants to be thin. It’s all about breaking the dependence on those old bad habits, by realizing what problems they were actually solving for you, and then figuring out how to solve them differently.
